An electric car needs a bank of batteries to supply power to the motor/s. I have yet to see a decent stand alone battery that can do that. This is the biggest downside of an electric car. Nevertheless, kudos to the design team. More power and keep developing! About time we join our more developed neighbors in pursuing our interests and goals.
