i got promoted because i worked for it
it's different when you got promoted in exchange for something,
it's useless to be in a place where you don't even know what to do,
if you don't know where you are then you will end up saying "yes" to your bosses' demands which is actually, more likely a "no" to your members
if you don't know anything about the job then you will end up making bias decisions and your IQ will simply betray you
all eyes are on you and if you are reactive, you are digging up your own grave
if you are ten times ahead of them then you are climbing up
so if ever one of your boss will offer you a promotion, think twice my dear,
knowing that your boss does that, it simply means he is a no-brainer
and from now on, observe the company... "is this the kind of company that will last?"
