i think its because people want to be spoon fed with the knowledge and not the discipline that is being taught. It may be a scam but it is only for those who let themselves be scammed. Mao man gud na problem sa uban tao kay gusto ihatag tanan sa ilaha ang steps. Dili mangita ug lain nga pamaagi para mosaka

D sd nato mabasol cguro na mailad ang mga taw kay grabe sd ni jd cla maau mang sales talk... Naa mn gali sa youtube ghapon nako nakit then real estate scam ni cya na gina convince niya ang mga taw na mupalit ang cla balay kay naa dw tenants na mu abang dritsu... Naa jd usa nipalit ug 20 kabalay -_-! So bantay bantay lng jd ta ani...
