    exactly.. in short "Self-Service". wa nmn gani mo post ug balik ang TS diri. di mag tinapolan.. di magpa hungit.. we're all grown ups here. if not, better concentrate on school first and learn how to be resourceful.

    going back to the topic, our fellow istoryan Himalaya has briefly given a straight-forward answer. maka bayad ang Teletech if they can't meet what has been agreed upon with their client which i think is already too much for the company's "expenses". naka bayad na bya sila sa mga employees nga gi EOC (End of Contract) nila, like let's say 200k per employee who has rendered a loooonnnggg term of service.

    ang isa sa agreement kai ang Service Level Agreement ... isa sa service level kai dapat ma tubag ang mga calls in a certain time frame..
    1. example: ma answer ang ring in less than 15 sec.
    2. example: ang waiting/que time sa customers aron ma tubag sa next available agent.

    mao nang diha na mo sud ang calls forecasting aron ma estimate sa mo himo sa schedule kung pila ila i butang sa agent ana nga time

    kada callcenter kai lain2x ilaha method.. naa isa ka callcenter nga kung ila forcast sa 5pm - 6pm kai kailangan ug 5 agents.. sa schedule ila i butang 6 - 7 agents
