In accordance to C.E.B.U. tradition, there will be a LAN Party this November 19, 2011 and its going to be:
-The last of the year
-The most expensive we will organize
-Our first LAN Party with an NBA 2K12 Tournament
-Probably the biggest we will organize!
Come and join us on our year-end LAN Party organized by Computer Enthusiasts and Builders United (C.E.B.U.)!
As agreed with our treasurer, we will spend a part of our funding for the event. We want to make this huge and memorable! Shirts will be given for the attendees of the event.
As I have also observed by the recent LAN Party, there seems to be a really huge interest in NBA 2K12 although I don't really play that game. For this, I will open up a small tournament for everyone to join! Prizes and details will be announced in a few days soon.
For the entrance fee, we will collect
200 300 pesos each and you get a free shirt. Things won't just end there, we may have bigger surprises to be unveiled soon!

Clearing up a few misconceptions:
Misconception: I need to be a member to join this
Clarification: No! You don't need to be one.
Misconception: I need to bring my own rig to watch this one
Clarification: No! You do not need to bring a rig if you just want to watch us play or benchmark 1080p bangbustor!
[UPDATE 11.5.2011]Due to the overwhelming response of the event, here are a few changes that I need to add on the event.
-The entrance fee has been upped to 300 pesos. This is because of the unexpected high prices of the shirt printing.
-The number of attendees is unexpectedly plenty. Anybody who joins the event now are placed in the waiting list.
-In the waiting list, there is a chance that you will be given a seat or a table. This depends on how crowded the place will be and the spare tables and chairs.
-You can buy shirts but regular attendees who carry rigs with them are given priority. People in the waiting list is also in this priority.
-The price of the shirts is 300 pesos each if you are not bringing with you a rig.
-NBA 2K12 Tournament Rules and Guidelines is still on the process however, the prizes aren't that really big. 1000 for the first place, 500 for the second place and 300 for the third place. Single Elimination.
I'd like to take the opportunity to apologize on the problematic situations lately. Again, we did not expect such huge hit from people who are not regular LAN Party attendees. Rest assured that in the next big LAN Party like this, we will get a bigger location and probably cheaper shirts. I already foresee a huge LAN Party expo soon which we will plan carefully.
