We charge 15k for web design+dev+WP implementation+domain+hosting+basic seo for local projects.

for foreign, it's a different story

We are tokyo-based web design and online marketing agency.
We rate the site base on the project scope but usually in Japan the rate for the company per hour ranges to 10,000-20,000 yen and for web project cost 1m yen - 10yen.
So in-short kon naa developer na nag rate ug 30-60usd per hour depende na sa project ila gi handle.
