@ian - I have only nikkor 80-200mm f2.8 in my D70S. hoping to catch the action.\
I have no idea if this lens is good enough. I'll try & try... hehehe

The lens is good enough boss.. although not much with the D70s when shooting sports.. but it should work fine..

a good practice for panning would be on a kanang sa mga peryahan nga naa mga rides...
you'll have unlimited time of practicing your panning techniques

Built like a tank..
Sharp
Fixed f2.8
Cons:
Heavy (All metal.. like a tank..)
Slow focus on low light.. but outdoors.. its great..
Never tried this lens basing my pros and cons from the review site.
