I have been working in Cebu for two years now, most recently as GM for the following restaurant brands and branches - the Gustavian, Hola Espana and The Taproom under the MLhuillier Restaurant Group; and previously, as Asst. Director with the CYMA Greek Taverna Group of Restaurants with branches in Manila, Cebu and Boracay.
I have been involved with highly regarded international companies for more than 15 years. Having worked in various places in the Philippines and abroad, I have been responsible for various Development,Training, Audit, Operations, Feasibility, Marketing and General Business Consultation activities that have been employed on a nationwide scale.
With my MBA from the Asian Institute of Management; I have built and successfully managed a staff of over 400, and deal effectively with customers, executives and stockholders on a regular basis.
I have created and opened various F&B concepts - from restaurants, bars, snack booths, entertainment venues, etc both in the Philippines and abroad. I also train and teach customer service and other modules necessary in the Service Industry.
