there's no chance naa'y mamaligya ug Naruto DVD ngari, that's a guarantee. kung naa man, it's a very, very rare chance.
the DVD has been released since 2009 by Viz Media (North America licensing group). either you buy it online, or go to Manila and look for one there... but i cannot guarantee you'll find it since it's rare. the release is in english dubbed.
