no need to cook it na... just slice the tofu into cubes... sprinkle some finely chopped spring onions and grated ginger then pour in some soy sauce... that's it.

You can try Mapo Tofu. It might sound tricky, but it's very doable. It's an old Chinese recipe with chili bean paste, ground meat, black beans, and tofu. The taste also matters on how good your tofu brand is.

Tofu patties. Squeeze the water out of the tofu, mash them, add diced onions and carrots (it's your choice), add beaten egg, season, roll them into a ball, flatten them with your palm, cover with bread crumbs, and fry. Add in some great sauces (gravy, ketchup, etc) on your tofu patties. (Nakat-on ko ani gikan Cooking Mama haha)

Tofu side dish. Squeeze the water out of the tofu, slice them into half-an-inch cubes (size depends on you), heat them in a pan until their outer surface becomes crunchy. In a bowl, make the sauce out of soysauce, vinegar or lime berry (or locally known as limonsito), and spring onions. Season to taste. This is similar to Chowking's tofu side dish, i believe.

There are a lot of tofu recipes online. Try searching for some.
