Where to stay in Cebu 2-3 days below 1k a day

hi guys pa help unta ko naa ko mga friends mo drop by sa cebu, they need a place ma stay.han mas nindot if duol sa perpetual succor or chung hua hospital

i hope somebody here can suggest.
