    nagsakit sakit pud tong low back sa ako mama one time ug kidneys daw to deperencya and it was related to her high blood pressure ky gikan manto siya nag stroke. somehow related mana cla ang kidney sa high blood pressure ky puro mana asin ang kuntra ana. I have here illustrations showing you the location of your kidney in relation to your spine/lower back:



    So possible naa sa kidney but I'm not going to diagnose you 'coz I'm not a doctor.

    Mas manageable ra cguro kung simply back pain lang na tungod sa imong position pag tulog. Please take a look at the illustration of the spine.



    Kana imong low back pain mao nang naa sa lumbar vertebrae. Kung magtakilid ang tawo the spine is not all straight. It curves to the front at the level of the cervical vertebrae (neck area) and the lumbar vertebrae (low back). So kung tungod lang na sa posture imong sakit, pwede rana nimo ihigda hayang roll some towels ug i butang dapit sa low back and the neck area. Ang intention nato is just to restore it back to it's natural nga position. Basin ang imong bed is gahi and all straight nga napugos lang pud ug straight ang imong low back mao nga nisakit. Ang low back pain pud d i mao na kasagaran sakit sa office workers, mao na it's also good to get up sometimes and lakaw lakaw or ako gani musaka ko sa taas mangita kog kahigdaan aron lang ma relax ako lawas for a while.

    The best thing to do is go to ur doc...ky cla ang nag study ana for how many years. Masdaghan cla ug masulti bahin anang sakita. If it's postural, adto ka sa mga PT Rehab ana...in case ug grabi na kayo ka sakit like nay napiit nga nerves diha, naa na cla lumbar traction, inatun na imo lawas aron ma relieve sa pain. Others have hotpacks depende na sa doc. Physiatrist (nerve, muscle, and bone experts), orthopedist (musculoskeletal system experts), internist.

    i don't think that this is kidney problem bro kay tarong man ako pangihi, then deli man sad ko himarat, back spasm lang tingali ni then napanuhotan kay nagstart ni kadtong natog kog folding bed then lay2x napud ang folding bed mao bending na akong position, then usahay pud tag dugay ko maibot sa computer mao tingali ni hinungdan. thanks really for the advice bro.

    Aw so maybe sa posture ra ang blema ana gamay rana purblemaha. Ayaw na higda atong imong folding bed. Ako bitaw bisan kuchon na gani to basta dili ka liso liso musakit man gani. Basta musakit na gani nag sugod napud ako rana butangan rolled towel sa low back and dapit sa neck ig mata nako mu arang arang na kundi nawala najud ang sakit. Kung naa pud sa office nga mag cge lag lingkod, magbutang kag gamay unlan sa may hawak dapit sa luyo aron dili ma strain ang low back.

    Sa una nag back pain pud ko tungod anang exercise nga sit up. kutob ra jud tawn ko sa 50 repitions anang sit up. Then naka chamba palit ko atong ab core nga mu assist sa back, karon abot nakog 3 sets of 100 repititions. Ang abs rai mu pamaul dili na ang back.
