Pwede ko mgpa explain unsa man na ang Isle of Mann na deduction sa SEAMAN?

Unsay gamit ana niya?

Unsay mabenefit sa SEAMAN ana?


STORY:

My husband went abroad to work as a seaman! At first, MESSMAN lang sah siya but COOK gyud unta iyahang applyan but since the company does not want to hire people who do not have any experience pa at all as a seaman, and so mao na, mess man lang sah siya!

He was there for 6 months and just recently came home mga 1st week of OCTOBER! The only allotment I asked from him was $120 or roughly PHP5,000 just for my babies needs! Wala nako ni ask niya for anything para nako kay naa paman gud miy byrunun na utang sa iyang ATE na mga PHP 60,000.

When he arrived and when we checked his bank account, only PHP3,000 ++ was there! Sa iyang 6 months of working abroad and ME only receiving PHP 5k a month, mao ra na ang iyang na save!

Then when we checked the mailed payslip, mao to among nakita na deductions! Isle of Mann, SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth!

So mao na guys, unsa man na siya? Unsa man benefit makuha sa akong bana ana? Makuha pana niya balik or what?

Was in Isle of Man before pero never experienced having been deducted with such dues in my monthly payslip.
Kasagaran i-deduct mam kay kana gi mention nimo sa taas minus anang isle of mann.
Naa sad diay Union contribution nimo apil sad na sa deduction nga mura man to 20u$, not sure though.
