I'm just sharing my opinion:
Calltek in terms of compensation (amount of work = pay) fair au cya
i've been to Sprint, SE, Kodiak (the big 3 companies) and from my experience i say well compensated ko dre (to the work load)
never ko naka experience like calling MOD for Pee break and be told to take one more call(asar) - 5 minutes is enough to relieve myself, refill my water and take a 1 stick of smoke
para nku the best ang smoking area sa balcony, that way di nka magdagan-dagan ug mo naug pa elevator like any other CCs because it's on the same floor sa ops
i find no reason to be absent nor late bsag ubo pa na or sip-on (fake call ins
) kai di worth it ing monthly ug quarterly loots ^^
you don't just have a career here you earn a future with their certifications
and tenureship does have its rewards financially and career wise
friendly sad ang mga pipol dre labi ng mga IT ug NOC
and lastly in here maka ingon ko if you have any questions or doubts don't just Google it, BRAD it!

optapik: mo share lng ko nga nimata ko kagahpon 4 sa hapon, ga tanga ga hulat sa sweldo human nika-on ug liempo, nagdula DOTA 9pm to 3am, naligo nya ni report sa trabaho for the 5am to 2pm shift, lingaw tubag ug calls, nagmata na for 20hours stryt in short... aning companyaha walay jud rason mo absent ... worth it ang Calltek!!
on topic:
tisyu2x lng ni, kung binu-ang nga storya mo-abot tag piso-piso para sa gamit ug bandwidth ^^ sa access denied site 5pesos taga minuto (extend??)... just thinking
