let's take this to the streets, protest ta sa cebu city hall, girls in 2 piece bikinis, better in thong bikinis, guys in speedo torpedo no boardshorts, my points is, just because one can see the stomach and backside of the girls is already considered law-ay

With a bikini, one can cover the private parts. Without it, it's nudity already.
Also the bikini has technically the same design as the bra and panty.
