If you have any complaint againsts Fitness First Philippines, we would like to ask all those who have complaints, grievances, and problems with Fitness First all over the country, feel free to submit your complaints to DTI Consumer Welfare Desk.
Several problems such as credit card auto debiting, inaction to consumer complaints, non termination of fitness contracts even if clients already filed termination, open ended contracts, non return of double billing, freezing of account with charges, hidden charges, deficiency in safety standards, onerous contracts, non fulfillment of those promised or stipulated upon, credit card requirement upon membership, use of credit card info without authorization and informing the client, surcharges, injuries and others.
You may file at DTI Consumer Welfare Desk at 12th Floor Trafalgar Bldg, HV Dela Costa St, Makati City, or use the following contact numbers, you may call and walk ins are most welcome, you may also mail it or use a one day courier service.

i haven't heard of shops closed by DTI.... not even a warning or a suspension...
fitness first has one of they worst systems ever. customer satisfaction sucks!
@sam i know what are you trying to say abut helping this members who complaints. sam sorry to say this masayang lang ang lawaya and time mo sa kakausap sa manager mo or sa admin mo or even to your heads from manila coz you know why? "nothing will happen" trust me on this. i was part of FF before and i knw how the billing goes and everything. FF is not that good sam even to thier employees.
you know what guys, i think manila branches and cebu should tie up with regards to your complaints. remember they are from UK so more or less they are just making some dummies for thier business permits and all. believe me guys the billing and everything is not good in FF. hindi sa nag sour graping ako but i just cant help it to sit down and read your threds and do nothing.
constatine back off!!!!!!!! your not helping them anyways and there's nothing wrong to accept you and FF's shortcomings to thier members.
Fitness ows me big time! 6,000 bucks still waiting for that! up until now wala gihapon. my god!
