Is posting lyrics and chords of a particular song illegal?

I have only heard of publishing guitar tabs and mp3s as illegal, how about chords and lyrics? Kay nag plan ko set up ug blog or a facebook page filled with chords and lyrics that would help my fellow church musicians aron faster among learning and we could exchange ideas/sifra. Kun.g naa moy supporting article about legal ba or dili, mas highly appreciated. Thanks kaayo in advance.

i think posting is not illegal, but if you downloaded it that makes an illegal.
kasagaran sa lyrics site karon kay di na madownload or ma-copy and paste.
it's already been protected.
