GMA had 8 years, Erap only had 2. The former had 6 more years worth of bribes, kickbacks, and SOPs. The former was also a lot more slippery. ^_^

Both should have been hanged though.

Para naku si GMA, ang binuhatan man sad tong GMA nganu napahawa si ERAP... Ang mga ni kontra ni ERAP kay iyaha bayang mga tao, CHAVIT, Angelo Reyes.... Then ang naka-apan lang ni ERAP kay sugarol kaayo...
