the boarding house is located in mabolo. though the income is not as what you expect in a busy area, the boarding house offers stable income because the market is fixed. most especially when you have hot water, because the boarders loves coffee.
one of the advantages is that your atm machine is well secured because it is not exposed in open public places. The machine will be properly sheltered, so it will be more durable than putting your unit in exposed areas.
