as far as i know Outsourcing is like i just forward the work from a independent contractor and i just pay and wait for results.. so how that independent contractor deal with is worker is not really my concern...
outsourcing is basicly dawat kag limpyo for a fee... how its done is not really matter...

i never worship jobs but i admire his enthusiasm for innovation...

^^ same ta ug huna2x bro. Gisakyan lang ni gud aning tawhana. Maybe his intentions are good but if it falls to the ears of those people nga wala kasabot, dali ra kaayo mabaliko ang punto. spcialy nga ang naghimo sa news kay grabe pud mangita pamaagi nga catchy kaayo ang title.

I'm not a businessman, but with logic like that, it makes sense. why would i build products that cater to the poor if the poor have no money to support themselves?

on the other hand pud, you also control the market. sometimes you DELIBERATELY sell items at a ridiculous price because rich people think they have access to items that their kind can afford.

mao man gud ni ila mindset, why would i buy a LV bag if my maid also owns the same thing? They want things that other economic classes cannot have. that's the thinking of most of them.
Mao. Nganong man intawn na Steve Jobs is being honored like God's gift to mankind? I understand na nindot ug flashy iya mga gadgets but are his products really much of a contribution to humanity? Overpriced mp3 players, cellphones, laptops and tablets don't make a man a "visionary," let alone a hero of sorts. The best title that could safely be given to him is "an exceptional salesman," and the fact that a death of a salesman could stir such emotion from the media and the people reveals much about our priorities as a species.

maski unsaon bah, maypagka wlay klaro mga kano. They want people to be paid the "right" wages but they want affordable gadgets and stuff.

Also, they always seem to measure "wages" according to American Standards. HELLO! Think about the actually COST OF LIVING in China for crying out loud. Think about how much CHINA's minimum wage for each and every particular area is.

wake up people! it's one or the other, you can't have both. That's how economies of scale make people filthy rich because they have to let go of the "lesser evil".

It's Foxconn's and the chinese govts fault... Sila ang responsible for the workers.

On the outside people will say that Apple may be to blame because it negotiates the lowest possible price for the manufacturing resulting in foxconn cutting corners with its employees but it's mainly foxconn's decision on how it treats its employees.

Ang kulang diri is regulation from the chinese government on the treatment of its people and their rights as employees.... But this scenario is going on in other factories in China so its mainly the Chinese governments responsibility.
