I need your help! I'm currently doing a research. I'm just wondering what are your opinions on current jobsites.

For job seekers, are they really useful to you? I mean, have you really gotten jobs through it? What examples of jobsites are best? What improvements do you want to see on these jobsites?

For employers, which jobsites are actually useful for you? Can you suggest improvements? Do you get high ratio of unqualified applicants compared to qualified applicants through these sites?

if job site lang imong himuon or core sa imong project.. ayaw nalang bay kay lisod kaau. marketing lang daan dako na kaau ug gasto and worse daghang dagko ga una ug nakig partner na sa mga companya. it took them 1-2yrs para mas establish gyud...

anyway, i would suggest ang pag post ug jobs ayaw na i-worry. worry on what hr pros really are craving. mao sad niy reason why akong job site is geared towards portable performance management kay ang trend padulong didto wherein tanan tua na sa cloud gibutang..

yep, dpat hr friendly jd btw.. i noticed most jobsites krn ky useless, ang hr igo ra mg dawat sa applications sa perteng daghanang unqualified applicants, nyway thanks for ur input bout portable performance management,..
