    wala gani contrata ikiha pa. saon na lang pag prove sa employer na nagtrabaho cya diha in the first place
    kiha2x pagklaro daw diha ang employer ky sila mismo gani wala gipirmahan na kontrata

    Kung naa sya appointment paper na gi pirmahan..puede sya mukiha..pero kung wala libre sya

    Ang maayo ana noh..estoryahan niya iyang Head..then e open up tanan niyang complaint regarding his/her status.. then if mo resign gyud sya... hangyo-a lng gyud inyong head..maluoy ra lagi na sila basta in a nice way lng ang atong pag approach sa atong boss..

    Well let me see... hmmmm...

    Does your friend sign an employment contract?
    If yes, then he/she needs to render 30/15 days or whatever stated on the employment contract... or else pwede pa siya makiha or pabayron sa employer....

    Working more than 1 year unya wala ma regular?
    If he/she signs a contract i check niya if naa ba naka butang ngadto nga project based ba iya contract or dili, one good example is innodata, ive worked at innodata for 8 years pero dili ko ma regular kay project base man ko...

    Project based contract, normally expires when the project ends it can span upto how many years depending on how big the project is, unfair? yeah its unfair but you have to consider also that by signing the contract you agree to it.... pareha rani sa freelance contractor...

    Can She/He file a legal suit sa employer?
    Yes, pero mas maayo mo consult kag labor lawyer kay mas maka explain na sila ug maayo...

    Payslip can be used as supporting documents nga nag work siya ana compay unless wala siya payslip... lisod na igukod...

    since wala man na diay siya maka sign ug contract... pwede rana siya mohawa immediately... managhid or dili....

    pero preferably managhid lang....

    pananghid lang ug tarong. Pag meet lang mo ug agreement. Walay maayong maabtan if pulos paisogay both parties.

    sakto sila. if there's no contract, ang company ang naay problema. but if there is one, i suggest storyahon nalang ug tarong kay wala man ka tawn dag-anan ana.

    ask your friend to go back to his/her boss and, in all honesty, request for an immediate resignation with the reasons why there is a need for it. dili magsuko-suko. make them feel that you really need it. mao nay hinungdan sa kiniha-ay kay magpatas-anay sa pride.
