good question...but the answer to that is not carried only to our government nor to our Air Force...that question is a reflecting one that success lies within each individual, each citizen in the Philippines to rise up and do our responsibilities as good citizens...or rather better citizens. maybe through it we can never call our country "weak" even if our Air Force is equipment-wise weak...

from the famous "Don't Quit"

so if we never quit supporting our Air Force rather than pulling it down, success will come to rise...
