Authentic Beats vs OEM Beats, how to distinguish?

i bought a studio beats online (beatsbydre. com - $350)
people always thought that my beats is OEM, how can i say to them that mine is authentic?
and wats the difference between oem and authentic? (aside from sound quality coz authentic surely is different from oem)

Easy! Register the serial number in beatsbydre.com website . the box can be misleading so your better off registering it to their website thats how you can tell.i sell beats products and i always advice my customers to verify the serial number before buying that way they can tell its genuine

2. you cant register the serial number in beatsbydre.com website therefore theres no warranty
3. it doesnt make sense using oem just to look cool cause you cant afford to be cool no offense but if i couldnt afford it id rather stick to no-brand products than purchasing replicas its not helping the industry.

"No-brand" is a non-appropriate term. I mean Philips and Audio Technica are great brands too, only not as costly.

when i say no-brands sir its as good as saying as " not the hi-end range/designer" i didnt mean to offend anybody all i was implying is that its better to use something thats cheaper but not a replica than to buy replica products just so to look cool it just doesnt make sense thats all.
