why students fail?

If i were to be asked, maybe some students were slow learners in particular. It is also because of how the teacher/instructor handled their students. Other students may also have lack of interest.

Sa ubang studyante dont cha worry, kay ang FAIL is (First Attempt In Learning) -> so it's not a negative thing

Naa juy times when the teacher doesn't actually "teach well" and it's more incompetence on their part. But if you're in college, don't expect to be spoonfed. Education at that level is like 75% student effort and 25% teacher effort, if your teacher does his/her job decently enough. Every single person has potential. It's just that students shy away from challenges that will improve them because they don't realize their own potential.
