for one, the computer engineering course curriculum here in USC-TC teaches java first before c.

amu skul dri kai java mai gi una before mag C. kai once mamaster na daw kas java, saun nlng man daw ang ubang languages. nya platform independent. dunno sa uban unsai inyu opinion
