    Sigurado ta nga lisod ni ipa implement nga balaod, pero kung madayon gyud ni, pwede ni nila gamiton "selectively" sa kadtong ganahan nila dakupon.

    Imagine lang ni nga scenario ha,

    Ako ang present administration, unya gusto ko makakuha sa mga data nga gigamit sa opposition or any party nga kontra nako, legally, dili ko ka access sa ilang mga computer, pero kung naay gatrabaho didto nga ga sige ug download ug movies o mp3s nga pirated, kung naa nay balaod, pwede na sila kadakop adto nga opisina, confiscate all computers and retrieve all data that they want and at the same time, nadaot pa ang pangalan sa other party for being pirates.

    pero naay uban bro nga didto ra gi upload sa ilang blog ug sites nya didto ra i download, sa kadaghang blogs i dont know ma trace pa tanan, hurot jud tanang blog ug ka block....looya sa internet sa Pilipinas, wa nay site kay puros naay link sa mga downloads, gipangblock tanan..
