Early evening lang, kay Draco sets after 11 PM. Look towards the northern sky. This is best viewed AWAY from the city, preferrably in dark farmlots or mountains.

I doubt that this is a meteor storm, the estimated ZHR is only 600. A good storm like the Leonids in 1999 is about 3000 ZHR.

Another reason to doubt a good viewing--crappy Philippine weather.
