I am Golden Haven...

It was in 1984 when I responded to a need, for people to move on, who were then reeling from the financial setbacks that characterized those times. Starting with just 2 hectares in Las Pinas, I gave people a chance to start all over again.* Many years after, I began to expand my reach, opening one in Cebu in 2003, followed by Cagayan De Oro in 2008, and Zamboanga in 2009. Through all those years, and even up to now, I see to it that my parks serve as a sanctuary, a final refuge. I work hard to make my parks beautiful, and strive to preserve them, as a fitting memorial to a departed loved one. And provide the calm and acceptance that people who are left behind yearn for. My parks are lush with verdant greens and manicured lawns on rolling terrains. Dotted with acacia trees that bask in the warmth of the sun. With magnificent statuaries that inspire, that bring hope. For a quiet solitude that comforts, for the peace that remembering brings. I am Golden Haven. *During those times, the real estate market was down. And instead of letting go of its people, my founder, who by then had a growing housing and real estate development business, decided to open a 2-hectare memorial park in Las Pinas. It was far easier to sell a small burial plot than a house and lot.

I am filled with moving stories of people, of family and friends, of rich and poor alike, who desire to be laid to rest in the most beautiful memorial park their eyes have seen. Of wishes that I be made their final resting place made true. Of young people who desire to honor their parents. To preserve their memory. I am enduring. I am Golden Haven. I believe in a person’s right to be laid to rest in a place that gives honor and dignity. And so I feel for those who, despite having so little in life, still chose me to be their final resting place. For I am Golden Haven. I am the legacy that people desire to have. When Golden Haven Memorial Park Inc. (GHMPI) was first launched, people can only bank on a promise. GHMPI developers touted it to be the best memorial park Cebu has ever seen, citing its unique rolling topography atop the hills of Talamban right within Cebu City just a few minutes away from the city center. But little did they know what that promise really meant, for now not even the park developers themselves could have seen then what the park has blossomed into now.

• GARDEN NICHE

A place of tranquility with a lush setting of greeneries like your garden back home. It offers four (4) adjacent lawn lots and exposed memorial structure. The Garden Niche can accommodate eight ( bodies and not more than eight ( sets of bones or cinerary remains.

• FAMILY PATIO

Because love knows no boundaries and memories are not meant to be forgotten there is the Family Patio. Ideal for gatherings, for every member of the family to take part in the celebration of memories and joyful remembrance of their loved one. It is comprised of a minimum of seven (7) lots with two exposed niches and four (4) bone vaults. It can accommodate ten (10) bodies and not more than eighteen (1 sets of bones or cinerary remains. You can even construct benches and perimeter wall for more privacy.

• FAMILY ESTATE

A testament of love to your dearly departed. A sanctuary from the outside world with a closed memorial structure – a mausoleum, for your loved one’s eternal repose. It comes in 10, 12, 14, 15, 18 or 24 lot configuration, depending on your needs. It is an area for both underground and aboveground interment. It is characterized by an open or closed memorial structure which can house an unlimited number of interments. Fencing the property is allowed.

PAYMENT TERMS

I. Installment Scheme

A. Pre-Need Buyers

Downpayment – 20% of the Total Contract Price (TCP).
Monthly Amortization – 80% of the TCP payable over a maximum period of five (5) years at 18% per annum interest rate

B. At-Need Buyers (for larger inventories)

A) For Lawn Lot/Single Lot - Full Payment of the Total Contract Price ( TCP ) and Interment Fee.

B) For Two (2) Lots Inventory – 75% of the Total Contract Price ( TCP ) and Interment Fee.

C) Three (3) Lots and above
Downpayment – 50% of the Total Contract Price ( TCP )
Monthly Amortization – remaining 50% of the TCP payable over a maximum period of three (3) years at 18% per annum interest rate

II. Zero Interest Schemes/Deferred Cash Payments

• Total Contract Price payable over a period of twelve (12) months
• Payments are usually covered by postdated checks

III. Spot Cash

Spot cash buyers can avail a 15% discount on lot price net of VAT. Discount is not applicable on At-need buyers.

NOTE:

1) Do not visit the site without calling us, the security at the gate will
not allow you to get in without being accompanied by an office agent.
Prices are the same whether you go to the office directly or through an
agent. All sales are done through agents as there are agents
waiting at the office, and it is a Philippine law that all real estate
sales are sign by a license real estate broker (R.A. 9646).
