    Hahay, himo nasd ko ani. Na ban kos akong site atay kay kailangan pa paliton. Dri nalang ko kay libre.

    Reason n.himo kog log kay makalimot kos akong sunod i.alsa hehe

    Latest stats:
    Squat (high bar) - 320lbs x 2
    Press - 135lbs x 2
    Deadlift - 300lbs x 3
    Bench - 170lbs x 3
    Row - 160lbs x 3

    Squat- 330lbs (low bar) x 2 x 1, 300lbs x 2 x 3, 260lbs x 5, 230lbs x 5 (high bar).

    Military Press- 140lbs x 2 x 1, 130lbs x 2 x 3, 125lbs x 5
    DB Press- 40lbs each x 5, 35lbs each x 8

    Barbell Shrugs- 135lbs x 5, 175lbs x 5, 215lbs x 5, 265lbs x 5, 300lbs x 5
    DB Shrugs- 100lbs each x 10

    Worked out at Yokok's Gym Consolacion so I don't know the bar weight:

    Squat - 320lbs + bar x 1, 300lbs + bar x 3

    Bench - worked up to 170lbs + bar x 3

    DB Row - 50lbs each hand x 10, 60lbs e/h x 10, 70lbs e/h x 10

    DB Push press - 70lbs e/h x 3

    A og B man akong workout. Workout A = Squats, bench, Row. Workout B = Squats, military press, and deadlift. Then repeat 3 times a week, one day apart.

    bag-o pa tingali ka nag gym2x ts kay makalimot man ka sa imong sunod i-alsa. suggestion nako ibutang sa imong Notes sa cellphone or papel. Mao pud ko sauna pag start kay ako ilista.

    d man ana sir, tungod ilis2 man gud akong ipang attempt. Be it 3 RM, 2 RM, 1 RM, 5 RM. Hahaha it's not your typical bodybuilding routine. Almost 8 months nako nag build ani akong g.pang alsa hehehe
