Looking for a lost Dog: Toeffy (shih tzu poodle breed)

Hi. I need your help.

My dog, toeffy, half shih tzu and poodle was lost for the second time last Sunday (April 8, 2012) around 12:00nn.
The door was closed but not locked so she was able to open the door and ran away. She was last seen Ouano Apartment across USC North Campus, Gen. Maxilum Mango Ave. She has no collar during her escape. Color is mostly white with black portions on her head which forms like a head band and 1 black spot at her body (at the side).

We were out of the country during that time and we just knew about it 2 days after when we arrived here in Cebu.

Please if you see her, please keep her and contact me ASAP. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Salamat pd sa girl na nag alaga ni toeffy... She provided her dog food, shelter, gave her a bath and even bought her a leash >.<
