nice ni dah, naa na sched? naa ra ko sa heat of cebu city. basin pwede ko maka apil. mao pod ni ako problema before, i get bored walking/jogging/running alone.

e-try daw ko og pm bro if maka set ka og time and place, basin free ako sched. mo apil jud ko...

for now if maka apil ko kay i think i'll start with walking and a little jogging lang sa kay wala pa jud ko excercise sa pagka karon.

this is nice idea but for me, i always prefer jogging alone cause usually, hinay ang pace sa uban nako makauban gud.. hehe..

milo last sunday? wala ko moapil but i know nga naay marathon kay the night before ana, didto man kos abellana ga jog, ga set up naman to sila. sige gihapon kog jog kung dili sa abellana sa parking lot sa gaisano tabunok in the morning, sayu lang, mga 5:30-6:30am
