i did ask not just once but many times and to different persons. i got the same answer ''pwd mo give-a-load'' 2 sun staff (one sa sun shop SM, another was katong agent ni adto sa amo company) even picture it out like ''if mag pasaload daw kog 100, then ang mahabilin sa ako 350 consumable load is 250 nalang''.....sobra ka clear ang message..but then,,,dri na nagkaproblema pag ge try na nako ug pasaload now na activated na ako postpaid sim...kay sa bills inquiry ''nana man noon koy unbilled charges on top of my monthly 350''

ahhh..so problem with the agent., tsk2...hayyys...have you talked already with the same agent? if yes., then ana siya nga wala., then reklamo jud sa ilaha superior nganu tando2 dn saup jud d aie tu..pero sahay lage., once verbal ang arrangement., nya not stated sa imohang gipirmahan nga agreement pildi jud ta anang kasoha...

sis ayaw undangi og reklamo kung dili ka ma satisfied sa ilang service...kay pwed na sila ma daot sa ilang gibuhat...like sa akong kaila na grabe kaayo masuko basta batig service "sungohon gud ang operator" about to sa unlimited internet issue....FIGHT for iT!
