issue on sun cellular postpaid plan

this is what happened :

before pa ko ne apply, i made some queries sa sun shop SM, Ayala ug katong Sun agents na mi-adto sa amo company about this ''fully consumable option'' sa ila regular 350..cla tanan mi ingon jud na pwde mag give-a-load without having additional charges...

now, nga activated na ako postpaid sim..nag give-a-load daun ko sa ako sun int'l sim text2 and tawag2 daun ko sa relatives abroad para ma consume naku ang 350 consumable load...

resulta: all those give-a-load transactions additional charges d,i sya on top of the 350- worst ila geregister ako plan sa UNLI-klaro man ta kaau ako ge checkan na box 'consumable'.

so, i contacted customer service ug gereklamo nako....mao to ni-ana sya ''all give-a-load transaction echarge jud d,i on top of my monthly 350''. mao to ni-ana ko,,if sakto palang ang information na gehatag nako sa ilaha staff, then ni-choose na unta kog fixed load plan - daun ni ask ko if pwd ba mu switch ug plan from regular to fixed load plan...d pajud pwd,,now, im stuck with the plan na dli naku magamit.. paet!

guys, if you have experience something like this please do share..

any suggestions as to what to do best in this situaiton will be appreciated..

That happened to me too. Pero globe akong sim. Before ingun sila na plan 299 makapasa kuno. Nya pila ka months later ingun sila dapat plan 499? pagka scammer gyud ani nila. Kaibaw ka ila mana gituyo para mapugos kag gamit sa imu phone then " hidden charges start to come" . Di baya sila kapataka ug hidden charge kung wa gyud ka ni call ug text sa phone kay mamonitor ra ma na nimu. Pero kung sa plana naka mugamit, di gyud ka ka monitor sa ila tikas. Mga maru lage kaayu, such unfair practices.

And you know why mas bati ang phone sa consumable compared sa normal plan even same rate ra per month? Because in fixed load they can't cheat but in normal plan they can cheat to hell.

now, sobrang kamahay nako.....mypa nag fixed load jud ko....makalagot kaau...dli nalang jud sakto information ihatag sa ato-a btaw...anha nata kahibaw na wala natay mahimo..

NExt time mag inquire ka better sign a contract, read it. Para in case magka binuang you can file a case, the contract serves as an evidence. I learned my lesson also, This is my first plan

Ambot niya pero sa ako na case kay wala gyud terms and conditions sa contract. Theres nothing to read so ni sign nalang ko, its like signing on a blank paper. Nagmahay lage ko sa ako first plan. Hmph

wala man koy ge signan na contract,,..application form ra to with terms and conditions sa likod...super ka gagmay sa print mao wa nako tiwasa ug basa..nag depende rajud ko sa tubag sa agent sa ako mga questions..salig lagi tawn kaau ko na sakto information nila
