This is a clear violation. I don't understand why Convergys would risk contracting a security firm not registered with the FESSAGS, if it is really true. Cost cutting done by "the biggest and fastest growing call center"? Apply na mo ani guys.

This is a winnable case since convergies and the security agency failed to comply neccessary action to the incident..sakto!gamay ra ang 4m!hehe get a good lawyer.dugay naman diay ni nga case,yet wala sya tabangi sa convergies with all the expenses!oras na ng paniningil hehe
