adding debit card on Paypal

ani si siya mga bro/sis, naa koi atm debit card sa bdo, then mao unta ako gamiton sa ako account sa paypal(1st time nako mag himog account ani na site kay need nako sa ako trabaho). na add na nako ang card ug uban pang gipangayo, karon nig ad2 nako sa "verify" section mag cgeg error kani mo gawas na msg..

"We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card."

sakto na tanan info ako gi butang, as in dobol tripol quadropol check na nako gi buhat.

mangau unta kog tabang dri mga bro/sis kay nid nako ang account sa paypal up and running next week, or else wala ko sweldo

You can add your BDO Debit card but it won't be accepted for the "Verify". Just get an EON card to make everything easier.

EON, payoneer card - those 2 i tried. I was also able to activate via Chinabank Savings account but its complicated.

lage, na baw kog panawag sa ako mga kaila nangutana ko parte ani... ana sila pinakasaun is through EON debit card sa UnionBank, may gani naa sila online application pra ani, anyways ako ni ad2on daun tomorrow, hopefully naay maaung balita

pede ma verify through bdo ... ipa check sah bdo imo name ug address... then kung unsa e hatag sah bdo..mao pud dapat butang nmu sah paypal..pru ang prob 4days after pa ma transfer from paypal - bank account...unlike sah EON...2 days ra=)

Yes this is correct. The exact details you put on the bank should be the same details you put in Paypal. If you are adding BDO, there might be a different way to verify it(once the details are matched).

One way I know of how to verify is that you can ask tech support @ paypal to do a bank verification. The process goes like this.

Paypal will send a few cents to your bank account, actually 2 transactions. These 2 transactions would have a code which will show in the statement of your bank account. You can ask for the bank statement from BDO from the branch(because their online banking sucks, it doesn't show bank statements, maybe not right now)

Then these 2 codes will be your way to verify to Paypal that you received the amounts and able to do bank transactions.

This is not the normal process, I just knew this from another forum discussing Paypal problems.
