OT lang... pero does anyone know if Metro Cebu has a Mass Transit System Masterplan within the next 20-50 years?

It seems to me that tanan natong mga local officials are just concerned with very short term projects unya wala gyuy overall masterplan such that the next incumbent official will make his own plan nasad...


End result is mga band aid solutions..... widening here.... flyover there.... mga baratohon nga infrastructure investments.... this makes the public suspicious nga ilang gi apas kay kickback lang sa project nga mahuman inside sa ilang term.

Dapat unta gyud naay Vision of what Cebu will be like in the next 5-10 -25 - 50 years unya ang mga minor projects are all part of that masterplan to realize that vision.

Partly to blame sad ang City government ngano ni allow sila ani.... It's okay to generate awareness ... pwede inside sila sa Fuenter Circle or asa ba... basta dili lang maka impede sa traffic


The city government should take the concerns the RR people into account... come up with a LONG TERM master plan unya pwede sila mu partner with private corps or mangita ug outside investors then tanan mga IRA and Pork Barrel projects will be directed at realizing this vision.
