since new grad ka pa man. mag start gyud ka sa bottom bai. so given nana gamay gyud na ang starting salary ky wala ka pa man experience

Don't expect a huge salary, since you're a fresh grad. Try engineering firms in MEPZ, that should be a good place to start.

if di ka call center you will really expect na mas ubos ang offer sa sweldo mo.

1st job ko 2006 1 month after ni graduate ko sa college
ako sweldo 10,000 + 1,100 rice allowance
inig regular nahimo og 12,500 + 1,100 rice allowance

after a year nag balhin ko call center starting ko
13,500 + 3,000 non taxable allowance as technical support
na promote ko several times in 4 years and of course nidako pod ang sweldo
15,000 + 3000 non taxable allowance
19,440 + 3000 non taxable allowance
23,000 + 3000 non taxable allowance
27,000 + 3000 non taxable allowance
30,000 + 3000 non taxable allowance
37,000 + 3000 non taxable allowance

hantud ni resign na lang ko og nag trabaho abroad after 5 years after getting a solid experience....

moral of the story: you really have to start at the bottom and work your way up
