cebu really needs to revisit mass transport system options within the next 5 years... cebu is growing rapidly yet the area (city proper) is very small and roads are very narrow... it's going to be worst than manila for sure kay mag huot na jud ng traffic sa mga gagmay nga dalan...

maayo sad nga idea ng mag bisikleta nalang og mag lakaw para less polution pero that's going to be a long shot kay the culture of the people must change first to adopt to that change otherwise it will be a failure...

bitaw, i think the abrupt change is the reason for the complaints. i think this is a better idea than a sudden RR.
