try to replace data cable bro... sata or ide? if dili gihapon.. change power cable nya.. if dili gihapon..e try sa laing pc..

first check SATA and power cables basin loose contact ra sa HDD side ug sa mobo side

basin loose contact ra ang mga cable connection sa sulod.

you can use acronis drive health monitor

checking and repairing bad sector for hdd try to use hirens its a freeware hope this will help
