Fix the traffic congestion problem FIRST before tackling the division of road use.

Dapat naa nay tarong nga public transportation system in place that is efficient and will be usable by all sectors of society... especially classes A and B who have private vehicles.

The only solution I can think of is Light Rail + Bus system pareha sa HK

Eliminate Jeepneys in Major roads.... CnG buses ra ang pwede sa major routes

Above ground rail transit from Consolacion to Talisay to get people in and around the Metropolis.

    2. sweldo-an sila ug minimum imbis na mag-agad sa kita nila anang adlawa. this way, ma-eliminate ang pag-lumba2x kuha pasahero, which makes them stop in just any area para mapasakay lang tong pasahero.
    3. regular maintenance of the PUVs sponsored by the government itself.

    these before RR.

Rama wants to meet organizers to settle sector complaints

CEBU City Mayor Michael Rama wants to meet with the organizers of the Road Revolution to settle the complaints he and the Cebu City Traffic Operations Management (Citom) received during the exercise last Saturday.

He also cautioned the organizers against talking about a third Road Revolution when the second has not been settled.

the objective is good though somewhat impossible for now. at least someone is doing something. objective such as this entails sacrifice for everyone and not everyone is up for it.

i suggest they do the exercise without closing the streets and doing it on Sundays where traffic is somewhat light.
