PROBLEM: dili kalabang ang 192.168.100.x na subnet to 192.168.101.x and vice versa..
SOLUTION: put a Router in between or you may use Linux box and install and configure IPTABLES or IPCOP or SMOOTHWALL or any Opensource application as long as it is capable of handling routing. Then allow both subnets can reach the other subnet and vice versa... allow all protocols or you filter those unnecessary protocols. Thats it!

Simple solution is to put them together in same IP range, use Class-B IP
