akong sabot ani is, this is Windows 98. kanang Win XP Home Edition is just an upgrade. you cannot directly install the Win XP Home without installing first the Win 98. if not..what's the used of Win 98?

No need to install Win 98, during install process, Win XP will ask for a Win 98 CD, just insert and it will verify. After verifying, remove Win 98 CD and reinsert XP.

It's ALL XP, you just need a qualifying product to install.

This is NOT an OEM, so may be activated multiple times and transferable.
