Cash on Delivery service?

Hi all,

Is anybody here aware of any Cash on Delivery service of some sort?

What im talking about is something like this:

I send a package containing the item im selling (ex. worth P5000)
It gets delivered to the receiver or the receiver picks it up
He hands over the P5000 payment right there and then upon delivery or pick up
The cash then gets sent back to me

Who knows of a service like this?
Or can someone suggest a different route?

Postal Money order might be the answer. The post office will inform the client about the package you sent. Then your client will go to the post office, pay to the counter and he gets the package. Then the post office will forward the payment to you.
