    At 4:00 pm today, Typhoon "PEDRING" was located based on radar, satellite and surface data at 260 km East Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora (15.6° N 124.8° E) with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 19 kph.
