    yahoo. hit 62 kg today. way to go!!!! that's a total weight loss of 15.4lbs in 3 weeks

    problema na naku ang ako weight sa una pa lang. pre pregnancy, my weight is 118lbs. 9 months preggy i weighed 165. wa na ko nigamay since. 10 years later i weighed 175!. LOL. within the 10 years though, ako weight murag ga"seesaw". modaku mogamay, modaku mogamay. molost kog 20lbs, mogain kog 25lbs. and i think it is because of my diet.

    when you deprive yourself to eat, it can easily shred off pounds. i have done that. but when you are on your desired weight na, mag lax na ka, cheat day after another, and then you will just gain it back. that's what happened to me.

    for more than a month now, kadto pagsampa naku sa scale ug nilagat ako mata sa 175.8 na timbang, nakadecide na jud ko mobalik kog diet. but this time, i'll take it slowly and surely. 6 weeks, i lost 10lbs. wala koy gidili na food. i eat everything, pero syempre, half if not 1/4 sa serving sa ako ginakaon before. ang uban, patilaw tilaw nalang. but i did not eliminate anything from my diet. i drink coke once in a while, whenever i want to actually, i just made it a point na di ko molapas ug 2 sakto in a day. kadugayan, di na nimo mabantayan, isa ka adlaw na nga wa ka nag-inom ug coke.

    am not saying unsa ako gibuhat is better, kay di pa sad ko kaingon jud na successful. pero unlike my diet before, now, feeling naku wala ko gadiet but yet am still losing wait. patience lang jud.

    ^^ ako girl kay once a week akong indulgence pero moderation lang gihapon. healthy eater man jud ever since, ang problema nako kay hilig kaau ko ug cakes and pastries. dili kaau ko sa softdrinks. pero karon, akong gi change akong sweet cravings into fruits and yogurt. madugay baya diay kay magka hinay2 ug wala imong cravings. ang akong weight loss is not to be sexy, haha, hadlok ko masakit ug obesity related illness like diabetis ug hypertension, dali raba kaau na mo complicate sa atong heart. i noticed that i have a lot of energy these days pud. dili parehas atong bug at pa kaau ko nga murag tapulan kaau ko, bug at akong lawas ug murag ganahan lang ko sigeg katulog. i feel great jud that im starting to lose weight. ipadayun ko ni

    ^^thank you. i hope other overweight people, much more obese people will also be motivated to live healthy and lose the excess weight. i am super amaze jud aning mga remaining contestants sa pinoy's biggest loser. grabe ang weight loss in a small amount of time. if they were able to do it, we all can do it sad, its just determination and discipline, dili jud nuon dali ang pag lose ug weight. its really a big challenge, even for myself

    hit 61kg today. yahoooooo. haha. pero daku2 pa ang dapat i lose, pero sige lang, getting there.

    done jogging for an hour early morning. feels good esp kanang mao pa juy pag sunrise. pero padulong nako uli ana. lets get physical guys. ang kuwang ug lihok jud baya ang makapatambok nato

    1 small whole wheat pandesal, one glass og non fat milk and 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast. tortilla wraps for lunch made from whole wheat tortilla with slices of green tomatoes, white onions, cucumber and shredded cabbage with tuna chunks (dili lang beef) with non fat yogurt ug hot sauce, kalami. after 2 hours, a slice of avocado. soup rako ani for dinner. jogging sakos abellana unya.

    wow mam bongga kaayo ka oi and congrats super motivated gyud kaayo ka bilib gyud kaayo ko ay! well ako i am taking spirulina i dont know if you've heard about it pero food man sad siya in tablet form lang naa na didto ang mga nutrients nga need sa imong lawas and i am breastfeeding my 6 month old baby and it really works for me baya...permanente sad gyud hinuon ang exercise d gyud na mawala bisan walking2x lang. para sa uban nga maglisod gyud ug padaot try ug search facts about SPIRULINA basin ganahan sad mo motry
