ideally, ang dapat i change is ang system ug ang mga tawo...but i think at this point, unahon ang systema..because the system may actually mold future leaders..say, ang system sa Singapore is conducive for development,..not too tight and not too free..syempre, ang mga sumusunod had already tasted the fruit of the system which would hopefully encourage them to keep it up..so una jud ang remodeling sa system. mao pd lagi,..it has to be drafted well to protect the government and most especially its people. sa karon,..i think it would do the Philippines good kung isa ra ang gigikanan sa authority para isa ra ug barug...mura ba'g companya style. sa ako ra pd na ha...

i say let's stop pork barrels and just give these crocs the money if they will implement or construct something with strict audits and guidelines.
they have huge pork barrels but we can only see MINIMAL developments and improvements.

^^ Mao na ang problema kay nagsagol ang mga corrupt who have everything to gain while in power, ug ang mga pinoy who have nothing to loose tungod sa kakabus. Pun.an dayon sa mga agitators nga way lain gibuhat kundili manguntra sa gobyerno ug mga capitalista pinaagi sa sige ug pangita ug rason para maka.rally dayon ug mu.agitate sa mga katawhan.

My fear is that the only way real change 'might' take effect is if there happens to be a bloody revolution, though I hope not. Painfully, that revolution did not accomplish anything lasting. If Cory during her time and even now her son Pnoy cannot pinpoint or at the very least find justice for the death of Ninoy, what else can we expect?
