hospital is not a charity house. dili tanang butang madag luoy2 or unsa. kay wa man ka nituman sa ilang balaod. aw, don't even expect something beyond sa imong gihatag sa ilaha either.

same ra anang nakasala ka or nakabuhat ug krimen. kung ang tanang butang maagi lng sa pangpangayo ug pasaylo, unsa may kwenta anang mga balaod ug ordinansa in the first place?


bisag ako sab tingali naay anak nga kamatyonon tas im planning to transfer him/her sa lain ospital....tas ala koy kwarta to settle first with the current ospital...would you think posible na akong plano nga ibalhin siya? bisag maghilak pa tingali ko ug dugo or magdumot kos ospital or mamisti sa nurse ala juy mahitabo.

common sense should comes first! makasabot rako if this happened to a PRIVATE hospital kay as we know they have their rules..P490 ra ang kinabuhi sa bata,this is sick! although they said weak na kaau ang bata, so maghuwat nlng sila mamatay,not even making an effort to save him..locgical response cannot be applied to emergencies like this.if you are a father,you can move mountains just to save your child.

this would only be applicable sa PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS .. but i note out nga GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION na ang ilahang gi adtoan sa tuburan. so naa sa balaod nato nga maskin naai kwarta or wala ang patiente nga mabayad pwede siya makalakaw ug mo balhin sa lain nga hospital..

You know what's funny about this... These things happen everyday in our local public hospitals... I've been in that field and I know... it's those poor fellows who has to suffer in the end. It's an eye-opener for everyone here but sh!t like this happens everyday. It's a sad reality.

di lang tingali ni nahitabo sa tuburan district hospital, im sure naay pay daghan labi na sa ubang mga kabukiran diri sa probinsiya, asa naman ning mga budget sa goberno para sa mga pobre intawn.

sa papel ra ang balaod nga dili puwede mahold ang pasyente kung dili kabayad sa hospital. bisan gani bayad na tanan dili man gani kagawas ang pasyente kung walay clearance sa doctor.
