kung buot huna-hunaon,..the root of this controversy can be dated way back..this is just a trace of our being enslaved by those who colonized us...thus, the feeling of inferiority in almost everything - culture and language.

well, he did passed some bills into law and helped the lahar victims..but no one is really spotless.and i know he has some shares of flops.you see, just because he's not always in the lime light, it doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't doing something..

i don't take sides, but i strongly dislike discrimination in whatever sense it may be...and i don't want us Filipinos loathing our own language as if it were dirty and of lower class...

i really appreciate what he did.even pia and miriam did too...try to give him some credits..i believe his position now is quite difficult.

legislators and leaders should be role models and primers for keeping our heritage alive....a lot of people speak fluent english, but does that mean they're intelligent?
