Hi Reyo4, yeah lucky gyud da guy but i'm also very picky when it comes to that. I have to. Dili ko basta basta. Made a few mistakes already but no matter what, i lose the guy i keep my kids for me sila akong priority kay naka experience na ko how its like when a parent leaves you. My kids never have to experience any of what i went through but i take that positively na its helping me with my life now. It was a learning experience in which i have drawn my strength from and at same tiime learned survival life skills on my own. Thanks much
well its better late than never. i guess you dont want to be alone forever, aight? too many guys back home and choose the conservatives but motivated. i think its also frugal to have a partner in raising a family because two heads is better than one sis. mistakes are always there because without them you cannot achieve perfection.
Hi Rey04 i'm okay. Having a man does not necessarily make life complete for me. Proven and tested i'm ok on my own i also do not want to get married anymore. I can hire a private nurse to take care of me when i grow old in fact my 12 yr. old daughter already expressed interest in it and said she wants to take care of mommy and become a Nurse when she grows upOriginally Posted by rey04

Hubby is tihik. He doesn't earn much but he's always out with his friends.
Been a while since we talked about frugal ideas and tips. Now, christmas is just around the corner and it's time we prepare the gifts.
I'm thinking of giving gifts in jars. these may be tea bags, flavored coffee, baking ingredients, nuts, etc.
what are your frugal gift ideas, people?
speaking of christmas presents, i think i'm gonna refrain from attending parties, it saves me from giving anything....hehe....my son already wants a ps3 from santa.....huhuhu...santa's broke....
yezzz, frugal gift ideas please.... my wifey always gives to almost everyone we know, and she always chooses to give pastries from Cafe Georg, and it's killing my budget... WAAAHHHHH!!!!!!
I've been trying to remove some names from her list, and for my friends, I'm just gonna bake "happy" brownies, but this still leaves half of the baranggay.... HALP!!!!
as for other frugal tips, yes, planting your own fruits and veggies is not only good economically, but also environmentally... you are helping to cut down pesticide use, plus you get to eat truly organic stuff... as of now, i have onions, chili, calamansi, santol, atis, papaya, kamunggay, and aside from this, some others that our househelp has also planted... oh, and of course, my weeds too... hehehehe
my in-laws and hubby are. i'm not.
they're rule -- if you don't need, don't buy it. you can think about it, but that's it. if you can't afford it, no sense even thinking about it.
1. all meals to be cooked and eaten at home.
2. wet market over the grocery as much as possible.
3. jeepney and not taxi.
4. walk when you can.
5. bring baon to work and school.
6. buy shoes and clothes that would last you a year or longer.
7. when it's too hot at night, turn aircon on but for 2 hours only and then switch to the electric fan.
8. borrow vcd/dvd instead of going to cinema. cinema ok at most once a month.
9. eat vegetables, fruits, and fish. cheaper than meat and healthier, too.
10. instant coffee or brew your own at home, instead of going to starbucks/bo's/gloria jeans etc.
